Through the process of upcycling, EC is able to make products from materials such as chopsticks that would otherwise end up in a landfill. Without degrading the structural integrity of the original material and also giving the chopsticks a higher economic value, we have created a piece of art from “trash.”
The EC nutrient management system reimagines the idea of waste. Giving new life to what would otherwise be overlooked for its valuable potential.
